When I get times in my life like this I turn to spirituality and especially reiki for my ailments, it seems to help me face the world with a calmer approach but it doesnt work for everyone. I am the type of person that worries alot especially about other people and it tends to make my already bad health so much worse.
Does anyone here have things they do to make themselves feel better? On a normal day all it takes for me is to sing my favourite song or go for a walk in the countryside.How about you?
..I also like to be away somewhere in countryside , nature is so powerful and relaxing in the same time ..I really like the nature , the best way for me to relax , also in the hard times I like to be alone with my thoughts ..I like to go to the church now and then it gives me so much peace and harmony ..a while ago I read one book Paolo Coelho - Portobello witch (I'm not sure it's right translation) and lately I was thinking about this very much, it was hard to read as it's very confusing but I loved the thought in the end ..read if you have a chance ..
